Location: Goodlettsville, TN - In-office - no virtual
About Us: Crown Realty Experts is a growing real estate agency dedicated to client service and integrity. We're seeking a meticulous Part-Time Bookkeeper/Compliance Manager to ensure our financial records are accurate and compliant.
REQUIRED - SKILL TEST MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE CONSIDERED
Job Description:
Use QuickBooks for precise financial recording and categorization.
Analyze credit card transactions and manage weekly bill payments.
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate books at all times.
Collaborate with our CPA to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage paperwork for entities and transactions, filing annual reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to ensure adherence.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Perform bank reconciliation on multiple accounts
- Make journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and
- Utilize accounting software, QuickBooks
- Provide technical accounting support as needed
- Assist with compliance on Federal, State & local requirements - Will train on this only
Qualifications:
- Junior or Senior - Accounting Major or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to complete personality tests & full background check
